Prices
"On the Day Coordination" is charged at $45 per hour, per staff member. I also offer a "Day Before & On the Day" package which can include decorating, confirming your vendors and coordinating on the day. I do all those little jobs like picking up the flowers, arranging your helpers, as well as the bigger jobs, setting the tables, arranging the bar, setting up the ceremony, etc. Prices for this service start at $800.00.
Sashing, Lights & Draping
Our trademark marquee and venue draping transforms any venue. Hundreds of meters of Ice Silk fabric, Fairylights, Festoon lights, & Wall Wash Lighting set the mood for any event, wether it is a romantic wedding or coporate party! Please contact us for a quote, each venue or marquee is quoted individually according to the size & shape.
Garden Wedding Package
Beaumontia Gardens Venue and Special Occasions have come together to bring you Northlands most romantic weddings. Set in an 80 acre farm the secluded gardens offer a beautiful setting for you and your guests to enjoy.
Packages can be tailored to your individual needs and guest numbers. We believe every couple deserves a perfect day that reflects your individuality. Our dedicated team will ensure every aspect of your wedding is well taken care of so you can relax and enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Garden Packages include: 12mx18m White Marquee, Marquee lining & lighting, Garden Bar facilities & Staff, festoon lighting in garden, Bar Leaners & Umbrellas, Outdoor furniture, Ceremony area and chairs, Arch, Wedding Styling, & full use of the garden, river, & farm to capture your wedding photos.
You will also receive our recommended vendors list and assistance with organizing shuttle buses, local accommodation and vendor selection.
